Cancellation and Refund Policy: 
If the registered attendee cancels for any reason, you may transfer to a future course within 12 months of the original course date at no additional charge or receive a refund of the original registration rate, less a $75 processing fee and the cost of any included publications; all eBooks are non-refundable. Refund or transfer requests must be submitted to pd@cmaanet.org at least 15 days prior to the course start date. No refunds or transfers will be made within 14 days of the course start date.
Educational Credit:
